Ludlow has held street markets since the twelfth century. Nowadays, a traditional open-air market, which takes place in the town square (Castle Street).

More than forty stalls selling a range of goods including fresh produce, cheeses, fabrics, wool, jewellery,books and a selection of local crafts.

The market is a wonderful place to meet local producers and shop in the picturesque surroundings of Ludlow's Castle Square.
