The National Tramway Museum is a tram museum located at Crich, Derbyshire, England. The museum contains over 60 trams built between 1873 and 1982 and is set within a recreated period village.   

Crich Tramway Village is an attraction offers a great family day out - Take a tram ride through time on the world renowned vintage trams through the unique period street and out into the open countryside for spectacular views, Explore fascinating exhibitions and watch as trams are restored from the Workshop Viewing Gallery. There's also a children's play area.     

The enchanting Woodland Walk & Sculpture Trail allows visitors to stretch their legs on a trail that winds its way through native woodland now dotted with sculptures.  You may see him at work in his outdoor studio - With breathtaking views across the Derwent Valley and Derbyshire Countryside the Woodland Walk is the perfect place to escape for a picnic or to while away the hours surrounded by nature. Look out for the sculptures which lurk around every corner such as the Giant Wood Ant and the Green Man.   

This captivating journey into history is enhanced with a children's play area and you may choose a trip to the unique Red Lion Pub, tearooms and gift and sweet shops to round off memorable day out.
