Worcestershire’s best kept secret - garden for all tastes... Spetchley Park Gardens is an ever changing garden which has been owned and tended to by the Berkeley family for over four hundred years.
Successive generations have lovingly collected rare plants, shrubs and trees from around the world and boasts one of the largest private collections of plant varieties outside the major botanical gardens.Spetchley is not a formal paradise of neatly manicured lawns or beds but rather a wondrous display of plants, shrubs and trees woven into a garden of many rooms and vistas. It is certainly an ever changing garden and one undergoing many changes.
Enjoy wonderful walks through sweeping lawns, woodland glades and beautiful borders. The Heritage Centre is the newest attraction at Spetchley, which displays the history of Spetchley and the restored Sovereign Coach. The Old Laundry Tea Rooms on site should you choose, offers light lunch or freshly made slice of cake.
